About The Role

This Chief of Staff role is designed to help the CEO and Executive Leadership Team convert strategy into consistent execution. Positioned between a founder’s associate and a traditional Chief of Staff, the role requires strategic vision alongside operational excellence. Key responsibilities include driving operating rhythms, aligning leadership priorities, and ensuring day-to-day work is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and drive operating rhythms to maintain clear priorities.
  • Act as strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Enhance clarity across priorities and strengthen planning systems.
  • Enable the CEO and leadership to focus on highest-impact work.
  • Oversee effective execution of daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally in technical or AI-driven sectors.
