About The Role
This Chief of Staff role is designed to help the CEO and Executive Leadership Team convert strategy into consistent execution. Positioned between a founder’s associate and a traditional Chief of Staff, the role requires strategic vision alongside operational excellence. Key responsibilities include driving operating rhythms, aligning leadership priorities, and ensuring day-to-day work is executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive operating rhythms to maintain clear priorities.
- Act as strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.
- Enhance clarity across priorities and strengthen planning systems.
- Enable the CEO and leadership to focus on highest-impact work.
- Oversee effective execution of daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally in technical or AI-driven sectors.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational and project-management abilities.
- High judgment and discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Proactive builder mindset to identify and close operational gaps.
