Role Overview
Swooped is hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to turn strategy into execution. The role designs and drives operating rhythms to keep priorities clear, goals measurable, and leadership aligned. It acts as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier, ensuring that day-to-day work is effectively executed and that high-impact efforts receive focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive operating rhythms to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
- Strengthen planning, accountability, and goal-setting systems.
- Ensure efficient execution of daily operations.
