About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the leadership team in a high-growth startup. You will drive critical priorities, streamline operations across divisions, and ensure cross-functional initiatives move from concept to reality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to define and operationalize strategic objectives.
- Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely, quality execution.
- Drive accountability by establishing clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes.
- Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Coordinate high-impact projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent, transparent communication between leadership and teams.
Required Qualifications
If you are sharp, driven, and can transform complex problems into actionable plans, you might be a great fit. Prior experience in a similar Chief of Staff or senior operations role, being a systems thinker, proactive communication skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments are key.

Compensation
The typical base pay range is $80,000/year - $170,000/year with bonus, equity, and benefits. For Colorado, the range is $90,000 - $150,000.
