About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the leadership team, driving critical priorities and streamlining operations across all divisions in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to set strategic objectives.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives for timely execution.
- Establish clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes.
- Identify and resolve organizational inefficiencies.
- Coordinate high-impact projects spanning multiple teams.
- Ensure transparent communication between leadership and staff.
Required Qualifications

Compensation
The typical base pay ranges between $80,000 and $170,000 per year with bonus, equity, and benefits. Specific ranges apply by location.
