About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the leadership team, navigating high-growth startup complexities. You will drive strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and streamline operations from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to establish and execute objectives
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives ensuring high-quality execution
  • Set clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes
  • Identify and resolve internal bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Coordinate projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain transparent communication between leadership and teams

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $170,000 per year (with adjustments for specific locations such as Colorado: $90,000 - $150,000) plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
