About the Role
Swooped is hiring a Chief of Staff to work with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to turn strategy into consistent execution. This role is a blend of strategic partnership and operational efficiency, ensuring clear priorities, measurable goals, and aligned leadership. It sits between a founder’s associate and a traditional Chief of Staff, demanding both foresight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive operating rhythms to maintain clarity and accountability.
- Act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier for the CEO.
- Drive clarity across priorities and strengthen planning systems.
- Free the CEO and leadership to focus on high-impact work.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations with technical or AI focus.
- Ability to navigate fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with clarity and precision across levels.
- Excellent project management skills and high organizational capacity.
- Proven track record of closing gaps and ensuring outcomes.
