About the Role
The Business Operations team addresses challenging business issues facing Swooped. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations, you will tackle unstructured problems, dissect them, develop actionable insights, and partner in executing solutions. This role requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can thrive amid ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new product initiatives and operational projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer experience.
- Execute strategic recommendations to achieve measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate planning, business finance, or analytics.
- Ability to transform complex information into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
- Strong analytical expertise with experience in building integrated models from scratch.
- Proven relationship building and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- A track record of building processes from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Prior work with Product and GTM teams.
- Familiarity with SQL.
Additional Information
This full-time role can be based at one of Swooped's US hubs or be performed remotely within the United States. Swooped values growth and encourages smart, curious individuals to apply even if they don’t match every qualification perfectly. Salary range for this role is $136,000—$288,000 USD.
