About The Role
Swooped is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join the Risk Success Team. In this position, you will provide critical administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure that the team operates efficiently and delivers outstanding service to partners. Working closely with the Success Specialist, you will help prioritize tasks, track progress, and complete important client-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete setup and facility forms; contact operators as needed.
- Set up terminations in the ZOHO Pending Termination Module and update related fields.
- Assist with completion of work orders including partner interactions via phone, email, and RightSignature documents.
- Track enablement progress to ensure alignment with Success Manager wins.
- Identify and flag critical tasks such as expiring licenses and pending terminations.
- Pull and categorize work order reports from ZOHO CRM into actionable categories.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or similar roles is required. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the self-storage industry or insurance products, and experience with ZOHO CRM or similar systems.

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this role is $40,000—$60,000 USD based on skills, experience, and internal budget. Please inquire about the variable pay plan with your recruiter.
