About the Role

The Admin Support Tier I Associate supports brokers and admins by ensuring seamless administrative service. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding and system needs to ensure clarity and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate assistance via phone and email.
  • Support onboarding and renewal processes for plans.
  • Resolve complaints such as billing discrepancies and coverage denials.
  • Manage and track issue progress with detailed records.
  • Educate brokers and admins on compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Assist in navigating online portals and digital resources.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance for customer information.
  • Coordinate with Claims, Care Teams, and Network Operations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response and resolution times.
  • Provide internal feedback on product issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related support experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications.
  • Excellent communication across various channels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle stress.
  • Team player with a mission-driven approach.
