About the Role
The Admin Support Tier I Associate helps deliver a seamless experience for brokers and admins. This role is the voice of the company by resolving issues, educating partners, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate administrative support via phone and email.
- Assist in onboarding and system management for plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, coverage denials, and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records and track issue resolutions.
- Educate brokers and plan administrators on compliance and contractual obligations.
- Guide users in navigating online portals and digital resources.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper protection of customer data.
- Collaborate with Claims, Care Teams, and Network Operations.
- Meet performance metrics including response and resolution times.
- Provide internal feedback on product issues and user experience.
Qualifications
Applicants should have over 2 years of related support experience, strong organizational skills, solid communication abilities, and an aptitude for remote work using modern web applications. A background in health insurance and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
