About the Role

The Admin Support Tier I Associate helps deliver a seamless experience for brokers and admins. This role is the voice of the company by resolving issues, educating partners, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate administrative support via phone and email.
  • Assist in onboarding and system management for plans.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, coverage denials, and complaints.
  • Maintain detailed records and track issue resolutions.
  • Educate brokers and plan administrators on compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Guide users in navigating online portals and digital resources.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper protection of customer data.
  • Collaborate with Claims, Care Teams, and Network Operations.
  • Meet performance metrics including response and resolution times.
  • Provide internal feedback on product issues and user experience.

Qualifications

Applicants should have over 2 years of related support experience, strong organizational skills, solid communication abilities, and an aptitude for remote work using modern web applications. A background in health insurance and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
