About the Role

The Business Services Analyst will be the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders concerning reporting requirements related to regional regulatory adherence across Asia & Pacific. The role involves understanding data sources from various systems, running relevant reports, performing quality checks, ensuring accurate data submission, and sharing analysis findings with stakeholders.

Main Duties:

  • Manage reporting requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Run and validate reports in line with deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Share data analysis findings and support audit activities.
  • Collaborate on process implementation and project deployments.
  • Facilitate UAT, training, and business continuity exercises.
  • Handle adhoc reporting as needed.

About You

Applicants should be graduates in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of (re)insurance experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, Access DB, Python, R or other analytic tools is an advantage. Candidates must have strong operational oversight, analytical capabilities, excellent business communication, cross-cultural skills, adaptability, customer focus, and strong presentation skills.
