We are actively seeking a Business Development Partner to spearhead the market introduction and growth of this cutting-edge solution.
What You’ll Be Selling (Swishr Pulse)
Swishr Pulse is a specialized operational intelligence platform, not a generic CRM tool, built specifically for CX teams. It is designed to serve:
- Contact Centers
- Customer Experience Leaders
- Operations Heads
- QA & WFM Teams
The comprehensive platform includes:
- Quality Evaluation System
- DSAT Root Cause Analysis
- Agent Scorecards
- Performance & Coaching Insights
- Workforce Metrics Integration
Your Role as a Business Development Partner
As a Business Development Partner, CX Technology, you will be crucial in driving the adoption of Swishr Pulse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and strategically approaching target organizations.
- Introducing Swishr Pulse directly to key decision-makers.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Closing new SaaS clients to expand our customer base.
- Collaborating directly with the founder on strategic positioning and pricing models.
You will operate with significant autonomy, backed by full commercial support from Swishr Hire.
Compensation & Ideal Candidate

- Commission-based earnings.
- Attractive recurring revenue share on all closed accounts.
