The Role: Bar Prep
The Bar Prep supports the bar department by preparing the bar area before shifts. Key responsibilities include bar setup, prep and stocking, batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficiency. The role also oversees receiving, storing, and dispersing goods according to Swingers standards and Department of Health guidelines.
Our Perfect Candidate Has
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a busy environment
- Kitchen prep or line cook experience as a plus
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Passion for hospitality and growth
- Ability to work under pressure and meet physical demands
