About the Role: Cloud Engineer

Swim Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Cloud Engineer for a 6-month contract with a rapidly expanding cybersecurity team within a global enterprise organization. This role is pivotal in building and securing cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a retail/eCommerce team. You will be instrumental in configuring authentication systems, managing user permissions, automating workflows, and ensuring secure access to critical systems within an Azure-centric environment, without compromising security integrity. A significant aspect of this position involves maintaining robust documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emphasizing clarity and compliance.

Who We Are Looking For

Our client is a globally recognized Canadian brand, celebrated for its corporate culture and sustained success, including significant technological investments and strategic acquisitions. They offer a supportive yet autonomous environment with an all-star leadership team. The role is based in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver, conveniently located near rapid transit, requiring an on-site commitment of 4 days a week.

Your Experience and Qualifications
