As a PM in the Driver Partner domain, you will work on designing the entire driver lifecycle and experience, from making their first-day signup painless to ensuring they log in exactly when demand spikes. You’ll design rate cards that are easy to understand so drivers know exactly what they’re earning, and craft a UI/UX that works perfectly while they’re on a bike in bright sunlight. From the second they pick up a bag at a dark store to the moment they find a customer's door, you’re streamlining every tap to save them time and effort. It’s about turning complex logistics into a reliable, stress-free way for thousands of people to make a living.
The product team works closely with business (operations), engineering, design, data sciences and analytics to deliver the best possible customer experience through seamless technology solutions.
