Sales Consultant at Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Greet and qualify potential customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand customer requirements.
- Showcase vehicles aligning features with customer lifestyle and budget.
- Answer questions regarding specifications, performance, and technology.
- Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle operations.
- Negotiate sale price, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Secure commitment via purchase agreement and follow up post-sale.
Sales & Inventory Management:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events.
- Assist with vehicle preparation for sale.
- Uphold a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Adhere to dealership policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of automotive or comparable sales experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry with quick product learnings.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Professional demeanor and valid driver's license with a clean record.
Physical Requirements
- Extensive standing and walking throughout the day.
- Sitting during customer meetings or paperwork.
- Reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting documents and brochures.
