Service Porter at Crown Toyota

The Service Porter is a vital member of the service department team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and moving vehicles, while also assisting service advisors and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Management: Safely move and organize vehicles within the service department and lot following dealership standards. Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, help with loading/unloading belongings, answer basic questions, and direct them to service advisors.
- Service Area Maintenance: Keep the service area clean and organized by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
- Support Tasks: Assist service advisors and technicians, run errands (e.g., picking up parts), and shuttle customers if needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous experience required!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
