Job Description

Role Summary

The Patient Services Specialist - Administration provides effective and efficient front office services to patients. This includes coordinating internal and external clinic phone communications among staff, patients, and providers. The role also involves accurately collecting records and ensuring their distribution to appropriate staff via computer and/or manual systems. Furthermore, the Patient Services Specialist administers co-pay collection from patients and performs various clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
