Role Overview
As a Patient Services Specialist, Administration at Swedish, you will provide effective and efficient front office services to patients. This role involves coordinating internal and external clinic phone communications among staff, patients, and providers, ensuring accurate collection and distribution of records via computer and/or manual systems. You will also administer co-pay collection from patients and perform essential clerical, scheduling, and records activities to support both patients and staff.

Benefits & Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $23.15 - $34.69 per hour. Placement within this range will be determined by relevant job experience and other factors. Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
