SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio is looking for a service-oriented Sales Associate. You will drive membership and package sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle phone inquiries and appointments, support front desk operations, and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.

About You

You are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness. With 2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience and at least 1 year in hospitality, fitness, or wellness, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping others achieve their goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Represent the SweatHouz brand with professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from door to membership.
  • Drive membership and package sales through customer service and education.
  • Manage phone inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups using MindBody or similar platforms.
  • Support front desk operations including check-ins and payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming studio, including sauna suite turnover and laundry.
  • Execute studio opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, membership options, and promotions.
  • Support studio events, community partnerships, and guest retention efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality, wellness, or fitness preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for wellness and customer care.
  • Familiarity with MindBody or similar POS/CRM systems is a plus.
  • AED/Adult CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
