About the Opportunity

The Senior Enterprise Application Analyst role at SWCA Environmental Consultants is critical in supporting and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications used in daily operations, including collaboration, IT service management, and learning management systems.

What You Will Accomplish

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for application support, provide configuration, customization, and maintenance, and partner with business users and technical teams to design and implement solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user support, and documentation maintenance.

  • Support and configure enterprise systems such as Smartsheet, Freshservice, and Microsoft 365.
  • Customize user access, workflows, and integrations using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Document application configurations and provide end-user training.
  • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, including 4+ years in enterprise application support. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, and reporting tools is preferred. Familiarity with IT governance and security best practices is also beneficial.
