Overview
Join the SWARCO team as an IT Operations Specialist. In this role, you will handle incoming IT incidents, provide first-level support, and document solutions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive and classify IT incident reports from hardware and software environments.
- Provide first-level support via phone, email, or remote access.
- Assist with technical issues related to MS Windows, MS Office, Intranet, and Internet.
- Document solutions and processes in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes with a structured work approach.
- Communicate service-oriented support to internal users.
Profile
- Strong technical understanding with good system and network knowledge.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in German.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server versions; knowledge in WAN, LAN, WLAN configurations, and VPN/LAN networking is a plus.
- Completed IT vocational training or relevant self-taught EDV skills as a career changer.
- High willingness to learn and openness to further training.
