As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team; the team responsible for recruiting employees, employer branding, job marketing, and more.
How You Help Us Move Forward:
- Finding and hiring the best new team members for our HQ and operational leadership.
- Writing and adapting job descriptions to ensure they are clear, convincing, and stand out.
- Ensuring our recruitment process runs smoothly and is continuously optimized.
- Being creative in finding new candidates via social media and other channels.
- Keeping our ATS system organized and up-to-date β no messy databases here!
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and assisting them in finding and selecting the right candidate.
- Helping train managers to recruit like a pro.
- Ensuring candidates and hiring managers have the best possible experience while achieving our recruitment goals.
- Sourcing the best talent for those hard-to-fill roles (hello, LinkedIn!).
What We're Looking for in You:
- Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Full 360-degree recruitment experience.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours).
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, creative, and thinks outside the box to attract and engage talent.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Residing in the Amsterdam area or willing to travel.
- Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility in a dynamic environment!
