At Swans, as a Legal Engineer CRM, Automation, AI, Data, you will blend technology with operational problem-solving for law firms. You will deploy CRM configurations, manage project systems, design automation workflows, integrate APIs, and implement AI solutions to unlock revenue potential for law firm owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure CRM and case management systems.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Integrate APIs and build data pipelines and analytics dashboards.
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and build tailored solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients, presenting technical insights clearly.

Daily Tasks

Spend 75% of your time on system building and 25% on operational analysis and client interactions. You will both analyze challenges and directly deploy solutions.
