About the Role
The Forward Deployed Engineer at Swans is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, configuring, and deploying production-grade systems for law firm owners. Unlike traditional software development, you will work with low-code and no-code platforms to create cohesive, scalable systems that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing CRM configurations, project management systems, and automation workflows.
- Developing analytics dashboards and integrating AI solutions.
- Conducting operational analysis and consulting with clients to identify business bottlenecks.
- Engaging in end-to-end client projects lasting at least 6 months.
- Deploying systems that improve law firm operations and unlock revenue potential.
A Day in the Life
Spend 75% of your time on hands-on system design and deployment, and 25% on client consulting and operational analysis. Tackle challenges in areas such as CRM automation, project management standardization, data analytics, document automation, and AI integration.
What We Need
- Client-ready communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A systems thinking approach and a builder mentality with high attention to detail.
- Proven experience with CRMs, project management systems, automation platforms, and AI applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client engagements.
- Strong professional English skills (minimum B2 level) and a history of fast tool adoption.
