We are seeking a Client Project Manager who is obsessed with high-stakes client relationships, thrives under pressure, and can translate complex technical work into executive-level business value. This role offers the opportunity to own client relationships end-to-end, earning trust with law firm founders and senior leadership, and ensuring every engagement drives measurable results.

A Day in the Life

This role is dual-natured:

  • 60% Client Relationship Ownership & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm leadership. Lead executive meetings, manage expectations, proactively surface risks, and clearly communicate delivered outcomes and their significance.
  • 40% Project Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Legal Engineers to understand technical builds. Translate deliverables into client-friendly language and ensure each sprint delivers tangible client outcomes.

Client-Facing Challenges You'll Solve:

  • Stakeholder Trust: Rebuild client confidence by addressing skepticism with data and context.
  • Change Management: Design and execute adoption strategies and training for new systems.
  • Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of contact for critical issues, timelines shifts, or misaligned expectations.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the connection between technical deliverables and client revenue impact.

You will manage 2-5 active client engagements simultaneously, focusing on the relationship layer while paired with a Legal Engineer for the technical layer. Engagements typically last at least 6 months, allowing for deep client understanding.

What We Need:

  • Elite Executive Communication: Experience engaging directly with founders, managing partners, and senior executives. Ability to deliver difficult news, handle objections, and command a room.
  • Technical Fluency: Sufficient understanding of technical systems to defend, explain, and sell them to non-technical audiences under pressure.
  • Outcome Obsession: Focus on results rather than activities; differentiate between client satisfaction and client success.
  • Ownership Mentality: Treat engagements as your own business, proactively identifying and solving problems.
  • High-Pressure Composure: Ability to stabilize situations and manage client dissatisfaction, resistance, or delays effectively.
  • Professional English Fluency: Minimum B2 level for advising US-based law firms.

Ideal Background:

  • 2-5 years in account management, client success, management consulting, or senior B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of direct executive-level client relationship ownership, managing executives at firms of 100+ people.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-month projects end-to-end.
  • Exposure to technology implementations, digital transformation, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with US-based clients is a strong plus.

Location and Schedule:

Fully Remote, with quarterly in-person meetups in globally selected locations. Flexible schedule, but availability for client meetings during US hours (afternoon to evening CET) is required.
