Coordinator Academic Administration
The Coordinator will be responsible for effective coordination, organization, and execution of assigned activities while supporting administrative and operational requirements. This position ensures smooth day-to-day functioning through effective communication, documentation, and coordination in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize activities related to the assigned profile.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily operations.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation for administrative functions.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and summaries for management review.
- Support general administrative activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Monitor task execution and ensure timely completion.
- Provide operational and documentation support to senior management.
- Handle routine coordination issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Work in shifts as per organizational requirements.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory university.
Professional Experience: 5–10 years in coordination, administration, and operational support. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining records.
