Job Description

Coordinator Academic Administration

The Coordinator will be responsible for effective coordination, organization, and execution of assigned activities while supporting administrative and operational requirements. This position ensures smooth day-to-day functioning through effective communication, documentation, and coordination in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize activities related to the assigned profile.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily operations.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation for administrative functions.
  • Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and summaries for management review.
  • Support general administrative activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Monitor task execution and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide operational and documentation support to senior management.
  • Handle routine coordination issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Work in shifts as per organizational requirements.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory university.

Professional Experience: 5–10 years in coordination, administration, and operational support. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining records.
