We are looking for a top individual to join our client service team at Svea Perintä Oy as a Service Advisor. You will work as part of the debt collection team in our pleasant and modern office spaces near the center of Helsinki. The employment is permanent and full-time. There is a hybrid work possibility in accordance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include customer service for our client companies via phone and email, as well as various tasks related to the debt collection process. We handle the client's receivables in their entirety, including voluntary and legal debt collection, as well as post-collection, covering the entire debt collection cycle. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our friendly and professional customer service.

The weekly working hours are 37.5 hours per week. Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM.

  • Education relevant to the field (e.g., commercial or legal studies)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Numerical accuracy, reliability, and high work motivation
  • Excellent interaction and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills; Swedish skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in client contact is also valued

Success in this role requires an independent approach to work and the ability to operate at the customer interface and in cooperation with various authorities. A willingness to learn and adopt new things, along with determined proactivity, are also central. Furthermore, it is important to us that you are a positive team player.
