Job Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with development and QA managers for scheduling and resource allocation.
• Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues as the project point of contact.
• Maintain and update project documents for staff and leadership review.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues affecting software releases.
• Streamline and refine practices with development and QA teams.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices.
• Expert-level understanding of SDLC and scaled agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Certified in traditional and agile project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• 6+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects.
