About the role
Account Executive
Suvoda is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales department. This is a remote position based in the US.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business within assigned accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to deal closure, including proposal, negotiation, and contract terms.
- Handle Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts.
- Organize and lead client meetings for capability presentations and bid defenses.
- Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for mid-study change orders.
- Drive the governance process with strategic accounts, collaborating with services management and the executive team.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent Suvoda and identify new opportunities.
- Generate new leads and identify potential deals and partnership opportunities.
- Collect competitive intelligence and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the development of new sales strategies.
- Assist in training and mentorship of Business Development Associates.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of energy, ambition, and self-motivation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
