About the Role

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia, a global leader in transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years, to find a Data Center Support Engineer for their IPP Cloud Infrastructure Team.

What You Will Do

The Data Center Support Engineer will support Infrastructure Team Operations in both Data Center and Cloud environments.

  • Support DC and Cloud based Infrastructure system enrolments, deployments, troubleshooting and operations.
  • Assist in roll-out and deployment of new development features for latest NVIDIA hardware.
  • Collaborate with world-class engineers, architects, technical product managers, and application developers.
  • Define and implement full scale solutions for product onboarding into hosted and private cloud environments.
  • Solve sophisticated problems for multi-site deployments and ensure overall quality.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of Linux and Scripting experience, and a solid background in private Cloud and hardware operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Data Center Management software and technologies.
  • Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in large scale QA environments and managing bug queues.
  • Background with GPUs, embedded systems, driver development and CUDA applications.
  • Strong Windows & Linux administration skills.
