Overview

Susquehanna International Group is looking for a Technical Analyst - AI to join our Tech AI team in our Sydney office. In this role, you will merge project management and business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and modernize systems with generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams for project alignment.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution with detailed planning.
  • Gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Marketing for outreach.
  • Manage third-party pilot solutions and implementations.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to all audiences.
  • Work closely with Tech AI leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in project management, business or systems analysis.
  • Self-starter with proven cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with SDLC models and both technical and non-technical projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and business applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with data integration, vendor feeds, or enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is preferred.
