Overview
SurveyMonkey, the world’s most popular survey and forms platform, is seeking an SEO Analyst Manager to lead global search engine optimization efforts for SurveyMonkey.com. This role combines technical SEO expertise with strategic insight to drive international growth and performance improvements.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will be responsible for:
- Leading reporting and performance analysis for the SEO channel
- Monitoring site health and diagnosing anomalies and decay
- Supporting technical SEO initiatives including indexation and mobile optimization
- Conducting log file analysis to improve crawling efficiency
- Collaborating with engineering for site performance enhancements
- Driving internal linking strategies and contributing to an AI Search Experience
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into broader initiatives
What We’d Love to Hear From People With
Requirements include:
- 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Advanced analytical skills with data fluency
- Proficiency in Python, R, or BigQuery
- Experience with log file analysis and crawl impact understanding
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to present data-driven narratives
- A growth mindset and adaptability to evolving algorithms
