Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, delivery, and invoicing using SAP ERP.
- Monitor order processing and prepare transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
- Handle export and customs documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and clarify delivery statuses in German and English.
- Track monthly delivery performance.
- Record and process complaints and returns using SAP C4C (CRM).
- Support occasional national and international parcel shipments with accompanying documents.
- Contribute to project work.
Your Profile
Applicants should have a completed commercial training, experience in customer service, and familiarity with ERP/SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office. Basic knowledge of customs, export control, and regulations for the transport of hazardous goods (ADR/IMDG) is required (training provided). Fluent in German and proficient in English, you must demonstrate excellent communication, motivation, resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and meticulous work ethics.
