Job Description
About Surma
Surma started with the vision of making good designs accessible in July 2024. We cater to modern women who are aspirational and looking for elevated everyday wear. We have grown rapidly and received tremendous love from our early customers. At Surma, the consumer sits at the heart of every decision, and we constantly strive to improve customer experience at every touchpoint. We are now entering a new phase of scale - where sharper execution, disciplined operations, and faster go-to-market will define the next chapter of growth.
Who This Role Is For
This role is designed for someone who has been in the trenches of a fast-moving D2C or consumer brand and is ready to take on broader ownership. You likely come from an IIT background with 4-7 years of experience across growth, marketing, and operations. You are equally comfortable defining strategy and getting into execution. You don't wait to be told what to do - you identify what needs to happen and make it happen. You bring:
- Strong grasp of performance marketing - Meta, Google, and beyond
- Ability to think in frameworks and execute with speed
- Comfort with data - you can pull numbers, read them, and act on them
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- High ownership with low ego
- Comfort operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
Our Work Culture
At Surma, we execute fast. We value speed, clarity, experimentation, and accountability.
