Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Time In-House (Dallas) Employee Travel Associate to support our team members with business travel needs. This role assists employees with booking travel, navigating travel benefits, and resolving travel-related issues, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Track and report employee travel usage and assist in auditing travel records
- Ensure all employee travel is properly documented and approved
- Assist corporate employees with booking business travel
- Communicate travel benefits, updates, and changes through email, phone, or virtual consultations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications
- Entry-level position. 1-3 years of travel experience preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite and, especially, Google Sheets and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation with close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Miscellaneous Requirements
- Computer, phone skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.
