Role Overview

Sureform is hiring contributors to record first-person (POV) footage of everyday household and work activities. This role helps train robotics and AI models by capturing daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, picking up groceries, painting, folding clothes, organizing rooms, yard work, and light repair tasks both at home and in workshops.

Recording Requirements & Equipment

Recordings must be done with a head-mounted or neck-mounted camera with a minimum of 1080p resolution (60fps preferred, 30fps acceptable) and able to clearly capture your field of view, hands, and tasks. Audio must be captured clearly. Optional multi-angle recording using tripod cameras is available for higher pay.

• Primary cameras: GoPro Hero 11/12/13, Meta Ray Ban Glasses, DJI Osmo Action 4, Insta360 Ace Pro/X3, or iPhone 12+/Galaxy S22+ with ultra-wide lens
• Optional tripod cameras: 1–4 cameras capturing at least 1080p/30fps from different angles
• Video format: H.264 or H.265 MP4 with audio
• Begin multi-camera clips with a sync count ("1-2-3 clap")

Compensation

Rates are based on footage activity and camera setup:

• $30/hr for single-camera POV footage
• $50/hr for POV plus tripod multi-angle footage

Qualifications

Candidates must have access to at least one approved head-mounted camera, be capable of performing common household or workshop tasks on camera, and have reliable internet for uploading large files. Experience with videography, trades, or content creation is a plus. You must be comfortable with your footage being used for AI model training and willing to sign necessary releases.
