Role Overview

The Daily Video Capture Contributor - AI Training role involves recording first-person (POV) footage of your everyday household and work activities. Tasks include cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, painting, folding clothes, organizing rooms, yard work, or light repairs at home or in a workshop.

Recording Requirements

• Use a head-mounted or neck-mounted camera (1080p resolution or better).
• Optional third-person camera angles with tripods available for higher pay.
• Recordings must include audio and show both hands clearly.
• Follow proper sync cues (e.g., “1-2-3 clap”) if using multiple cameras.

Compensation Details

• $25/hr for single-camera POV footage.
• $45/hr for POV with additional tripod multi-angle footage.
• Payments are made post validation of footage quality and project requirements.

Required Equipment

You must have an approved head-mounted camera such as GoPro Hero 11/12/13 Black, DJI Osmo Action 4, Insta360 Ace Pro/Insta360 X3 (using single-lens 4K mode), or a newer smartphone model mounted in a rigid head rig. Handheld setups are not accepted.

Optional Equipment

If available, you can use 1–4 tripod cameras capturing 1080p (or better) for additional angles.

Qualifications

• Access to an approved head-mounted camera.
• Ability to perform simple household or workshop tasks on camera.
• Reliable internet for uploading large files.
• Comfortable with footage being used for AI model training.
• Experience with GoPro or similar action-cameras is ideal.
• Background in videography, trades, or content creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic lighting and camera framing.
