About the Growth Marketing Manager Role
SupportYourApp is seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable, product-led growth across the entire customer funnel for Quidget. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for launching and analyzing growth experiments, optimizing onboarding processes and high-intent conversion pages, and improving trial-to-paid conversion rates. You will also manage paid acquisition initiatives and uncover new growth opportunities through advanced analytics. This position requires a fast-paced, collaborative approach, working closely with product, design, and marketing teams, and making data-driven decisions to accelerate growth. You will report to the VP of Product, who guides the overall strategy and supports the team in achieving ambitious results.
What You Will Do
- Launch and manage growth experiments, including A/B tests, optimizing onboarding flows, and refining copy.
- Enhance trial-to-paid conversion rates through improved user experience (UX), compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs), and in-app nudges.
- Identify and address funnel leaks using analytics tools such as PostHog, GA4, Clarity, and product-specific data.
- Take ownership of critical high-intent pages, including Pricing, Signup, and various landing pages.
- Execute and analyze paid acquisition campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Search, focusing on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate effectively with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure rapid execution and alignment.
- Provide weekly growth reports that are data-centric and focused on actionable insights.
- Demonstrate initiative, proactive problem-solving, and a willingness to challenge assumptions.
What You Need to Succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of growth or marketing experience, specifically within Product-Led Growth, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English proficiency.
- Hands-on expertise with key growth and analytics tools like PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, Make.com, or similar platforms.
- Proven practical experience in running various experiments, including those related to UX, pricing strategies, copy optimization, CTAs, onboarding, or overall funnel improvements.
- An action-oriented and experimentation-driven mindset, prioritizing shipping, testing, and iterating over extensive pre-planning.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft clear UX copy and present experiment insights effectively.
- Comfortable working with low-code tools and performing basic HTML/CSS adjustments.
- Experience in building and managing email flows using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Proficiency in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta.
- Prior experience with AI tools, chatbots, or Customer Experience (CX) platforms is considered a significant advantage.
