The Role

Most internships give you one project. This isn’t one of them.

At SupportPay, you’ll step into the middle of a fast-moving company where financial stress, family complexity, and outdated systems create real challenges for millions of families. You’ll help us solve them.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting marketing, sales, operations, and growth. You’ll work across the company to help organize, build, test, and execute the many projects that keep a startup moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and manage internal systems (Confluence, HubSpot, data imports, documentation)
• Conduct research on markets, customers, competitors, and new opportunities
• Support marketing and sales teams with content, outreach, and campaign execution
• Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and messaging
• Build and test AI-driven workflows to improve productivity across the company
• Create AI-generated content including videos, testimonials, and campaigns
• Assist with website updates, SEO/SEM, and performance improvements
• Support go-to-market initiatives and new product launches

This role is about doing, learning, and improving constantly.

• Understanding of data analytics and/or AI is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Compensation

$7.25–$20 per hour (based on experience and education) With opportunity for immediate pay increases based on performance, impact, and initiative
