We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our Belgrade, Serbia team!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, availability, and security of a large-scale, globally distributed hybrid cloud infrastructure. At Supplyframe, engineers have the unique opportunity of taking ownership of the code they write, offering solutions, and directly impacting our products.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools to proactively identify and resolve incidents before they impact operations.
- Identifying and automating manual processes.
- Research and remediate system vulnerabilities.
- Support local teams in the design and deployment of our platform.
- Implement monitoring and alerting.
- Write tools to help with auditing and security.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science and/or a related discipline – or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, and/or Java.
- 2-5 years of software development experience at a technology/SaaS company – or equivalent.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and scaling production systems.
- Experience in web application stacks, proxies, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
