Role Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer at Supplyframe in Belgrade, Serbia is responsible for ensuring the scalability, availability, and security of a large-scale, globally distributed hybrid cloud infrastructure. Engineers are empowered to take ownership of their code and directly impact products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
  • Identify and automate manual processes.
  • Research and remediate system vulnerabilities.
  • Support local teams in designing and deploying the platform.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Write tools for auditing and security.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Go, Rust, and/or Java.
  • 2-5 years of software development experience in a tech/SaaS company.
  • Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and scaling production systems.
  • Experience with web application stacks, proxies, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
