Role Overview
The Site Reliability Engineer at Supplyframe in Belgrade, Serbia is responsible for ensuring the scalability, availability, and security of a large-scale, globally distributed hybrid cloud infrastructure. Engineers are empowered to take ownership of their code and directly impact products.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
- Identify and automate manual processes.
- Research and remediate system vulnerabilities.
- Support local teams in designing and deploying the platform.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems.
- Write tools for auditing and security.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, and/or Java.
- 2-5 years of software development experience in a tech/SaaS company.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and scaling production systems.
- Experience with web application stacks, proxies, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
