About the role

Content Marketing Manager

We are seeking a content builder who can write with authority, think strategically, and leverage AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of demand generation and brand credibility.

You understand how to transform a core piece of content into a comprehensive ecosystem of derivatives, efficiently utilizing AI-assisted workflows. You are motivated by the challenge of presenting a technical, specialized product as essential and compelling to a professional audience.

You will collaborate with a lean brand and content team that values low ego and high ambition. We are hands-on collaborators who prioritize a can-do spirit over individual recognition. If you aspire to do meaningful work with people who enjoy building together, you'll find a great fit here.

This contract involves diverse tasks, from repurposing webinars into a full suite of content derivatives to translating first-party research data into market reports that shape industry perspectives on AI in the legal sector. This opportunity is for individuals who want to undertake impactful work in a fast-paced, low-friction environment.

What You'll Do

  • Shape Content Strategy: Contribute to Supio’s content strategy across thought leadership, blog, social media, and demand generation, focusing on metrics that influence pipeline and conversion.
  • Set the Industry Agenda: Help Supio lead discussions in AI for plaintiff law through distinctive, consistent storytelling that highlights Supio’s unique advantages. Create authoritative long-form content to establish Supio as the leading voice in its domain.
  • Drive Content for Pipeline: Develop content directly supporting demand generation efforts, including nurture sequences, campaign assets, landing page copy, and bottom-of-funnel materials to guide prospects toward decisions.
  • Cut Through the Noise: We seek fresh angles, novel formats, and breakthrough ideas, moving beyond outdated B2B content practices to capture attention in a saturated digital landscape.
  • Tell Customer Stories: Lead the creation of written case studies and customer success stories, translating tangible outcomes into powerful proof points and positioning customers as the narrative's heroes.
  • Build Content Efficiently at Scale: Utilize LLM workflows and AI-assisted tools to generate content derivatives, repurpose existing materials, and accelerate program velocity, achieving greater output without compromising quality.
  • Partner Across Go-To-Market (GTM): Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure content aligns with pipeline, conversion, and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a demonstrated track record of creating content that drives demand and category leadership. Legal tech experience is a plus.
  • Writing & Storytelling: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives and highlighting customer successes.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Proven ability to produce content that demonstrably contributes to sales pipeline, with a strong understanding of how content maps to buyer journey stages and influences progression from awareness to decision.
  • Buyer Journey Fluency: Deep understanding of the customer journey, from awareness through consideration to decision, recognizing that buyers often form preferences before direct engagement.
  • Conversion Copywriting: Proficiency in conversion-focused copywriting and differentiated product positioning to make offerings stand out in competitive markets.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Active user of LLM tools for scaling production, creating content derivatives, and intelligently sequencing assets across the buyer journey.
  • Organization & Execution: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration: A true team player with a collaborative spirit, low ego, and enthusiasm for collective achievement over individual recognition.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to legal or other regulated/technical professional services sectors.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry and law firm buyers, including their workflows, challenges, and what captures their attention.
  • Previous experience building a content program from inception at an early-stage startup.
  • End-to-end ownership of case study and customer story development, from initial interviews to final publication.
  • Experience with AEO/GEO/SEO-driven content strategy and a working knowledge of search performance metrics.
  • Comfort using consumer-grade production tools like Figma templates, CapCut, and Descript.
