Superside is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in automating how creative talent is staffed to projects at scale. As Superside transitions from manual allocation to AI-assisted staffing through 2026, you will be instrumental in building the internal tools necessary to manage availability, skills, and complex scheduling with unparalleled speed and precision.

In this role, you will take ownership across the full stack, encompassing everything from intuitive frontend interfaces to robust backend logic and data management. You'll strategically leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate development, while always maintaining strict control over quality and architectural integrity.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of secure, scalable features for staffing automation, resource management, and complex scheduling systems.
• Architect and build performant user interfaces, including interactive timelines and real-time grids, utilizing React.
• Ensure that backend services, developed with Kotlin and Spring Boot, efficiently support intricate frontend workflows and data requirements.
• Employ agentic coding tools to expedite boilerplate code generation and refactoring processes, allowing you to focus on high-leverage architectural and design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to transform existing manual staffing workflows into seamless and intuitive software experiences.
• Proactively improve system performance through strategic UI optimizations and advanced database-level enhancements.
• Drive the technical strategy and champion best practices for effectively visualizing complex operational data.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, demonstrating strong expertise in both frontend and backend systems.
• Proven frontend expertise with React; significant backend experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot is a strong advantage.
• A solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and methodologies for scalable system development.
• A strong discipline in testing, covering unit, functional, and end-to-end tests to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to approach and solve complex technical challenges with clarity, innovation, and creativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively within a global team.
• A high degree of autonomy and ownership, thriving in a remote work environment.
• A keen interest in AI-powered product development and the application of automation technologies.
• Comfort and proficiency in using agentic coding tools as an integral part of your workflow, while always staying accountable for the quality and outcomes of your contributions.
