Superside is looking for a Lead Creative specialized in Presentation Design to elevate how global brands communicate their most important stories. In this role, you will guide a distributed team of top-tier creatives, crafting visually striking and strategically grounded presentations including executive keynotes, investor decks, and scalable brand templates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creation of high-impact presentations that simplify complex ideas.
  • Design and refine decks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Figma.
  • Develop presentation systems and templates ensuring brand consistency.
  • Partner with project managers, creative leads, and clients to align storytelling with business objectives.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools and emerging technologies to boost creativity.
  • Provide feedback to enhance narrative impact and visual hierarchy.
  • Mentor designers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across strategy, brand, and motion teams for cohesive creative work.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in presentation design or visual communication.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing story-driven presentations.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma.
  • Experience with presentation systems and storytelling frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
  • Excellent communication in English and collaborative mindset.
