About the Role

Superside is looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Account Development team. This role focuses on outbound sales and engagement with enterprise-level accounts in the SaaS, creative, and marketing industries, driving our expansion in the North American market (U.S. & Canada).

What You'll Do

  • Engage and nurture enterprise-level accounts via phone, email, social, and video.
  • Develop strategic and personalized outreach using account intent signals.
  • Qualify target accounts by identifying their needs and challenges.
  • Position Superside as a strategic partner for long-term engagement.
  • Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator.
  • Stay active on social platforms as a trusted industry voice.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–3 years experience in outbound sales/business development in North America.
  • Experience in creative agencies and SaaS tech companies is preferred.
  • Proven track record in non-transactional, high-value sales.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales techniques and multi-channel strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen to understand client challenges.
