Business Analyst - Integration (Remote)

Role Overview

SuperProcure seeks dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Integration professionals passionate about enabling seamless enterprise workflows through smart process design, data integrations, and automation. You will lead requirement gathering, integration blueprinting, API-based solution design, and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement efficient, automated, and scalable systems for blue-chip clients in the supply chain and logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integration projects from discovery to post-launch support.
• Analyze client processes and identify API and automation opportunities.
• Conduct requirements workshops and document functional/technical needs.
• Design integration flows and map them to SuperProcure product capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects and developers for API mapping and data transformation.
• Create detailed functional specs and obtain client sign-offs.
• Assist in end-to-end testing, UAT scenario building, and data validation.
• Conduct user training and support change management.
• Support the Project Manager in scoping and tracking projects.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA or similar preferred.
• 3 years experience as Business/Integration Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on API experience (REST, JSON/XML, API docs, authentication).
• Exposure to integration tools (Postman, Zapier, Boomi, etc.) and scripting (Google Apps Script, JavaScript).
• Experience with SAP, TMS, ERP, or logistics platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• Documentation & Design: Draw.io, Lucidchart, Adobe XD, Figma
• APIs & Automation: Postman, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, RESTful services
