About the Enterprise Account Executive Role
Join Supermetrics in scaling its enterprise solutions across North America. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work with senior leaders at forward-thinking brands to unlock the value of first-party data, creating personalized customer journeys at scale.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for priority verticals such as Travel, Hospitality, and Financial Services.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, winning €100K+ ARR new logos.
- Conduct structured discovery to uncover business goals and pain points using MEDDIC.
- Develop business cases linking customer challenges to measurable outcomes.
- Drive consensus among multiple stakeholders including champions and economic buyers.
- Deliver value-driven demos, evaluations, and proposals with clear next steps.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide customer insights and competitive feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of SaaS closing experience, preferably in Martech or data-oriented SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing €100K+ ARR enterprise deals in the US market.
- Experience managing long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- A collaborative, growth-minded approach.
- Based remotely in the US.
