About The Role

As the Staff Product Manager, Membership Value and Experience, you will lead and evolve key user touchpoints including the Homepage and the Super+ Membership ecosystem. Your role is to bridge activation, engagement and monetization by guiding users from initial interaction to long-term retention.

You will manage a horizontal team across design, engineering, data science, growth, marketing, and lifecycle teams. Own the roadmap, set OKRs, drive strategy, and ensure customer experience is top-notch.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Drive Outcomes: Set and deliver on OKRs and mission.
  • Lead the MAT & Roadmap: Manage cross-functional team performance.
  • Launch & Review PRDs & Experiments: Document, launch, and measure products.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Influence executives while guiding teammates.
  • Analyze & Research: Use data tools to extract actionable insights.
  • Own the Experience: Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Build Customer Empathy: Engage deeply with user needs and context.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of B2C product management experience.
  • 3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 and then 1 to 100.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, with a bias for action and problem solving.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges vary by region: In Canada, Tier 1: CAD 150,000 - 202,000; Tier 2: CAD 143,000 - 192,000. In the USA: USD 154,000 - 216,000. Enjoy remote-first flexibility, unlimited PTO, wellness budgets, and more.
