About the Role

As a QA Analyst II at Super.com, you will validate that our applications meet design specifications and requirements. You will participate in Agile practices, develop test strategies, and execute both automated and manual tests across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify test requirements from product specifications.
  • Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases.
  • Contribute to test strategies, plans, and analysis of test results.
  • Communicate test activities and report defects using JIRA.
  • Perform exploratory testing, manual and regression tests.
  • Participate in daily scrums, grooming sessions, and sprint rituals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production bugs.
  • Gather key metrics around software testing activities.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Experience writing clear test cases and strong agile fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Git, and test management tools.
